on what page we've looked at your site using both Firefox and Safari on the Mac and the header looks fine.
You may want to try setting the height of the Header area in the Color Settings admin area - try setting it to 150 px and see if that helps. The default is 150 px but it might have been changed some how.
If that doesn't work trying clearing the Browser cache or restarting your browser

The header image is designed to fit in the area required for the header it will automatically stretch proportionally to 100% wide and the height what ever is needed. but it will never shrink below I think it's 1000 pixels wide
Generally the content the pages themselves will cause the image to appear larger than it really is - if this is the case adjust the content of your page so it doesn't cause the header image to become really large at times.

if the file uploaded correctly you'll see the new file name under the file upload field - if the new header image is not showing you might have to clear your browsers cache or quit and restart the browser itself.
If the file did not upload remember that only jpeg, gif, png files may be uploaded with a max file size of 1.95 megs.
Dweb resizes the uploaded image to the correct size automatically.

I tried to place a new header on our site and it didn't turn out. Should it be a certain size or format?
